Position Title: (QMRP) Therapeutic Consultant

 

Reports To:                Program Director

 

FLSA Status:             Non-Exempt

 

 

                                                                                                                                 

Nature of Work:  Responsible for implementing a program within a Division or other service unit.  Responsible for executing the goals and services specified for the program.  Manages the day to day operations of the program..  Oversees client services provided by the program.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.      Documents activities and services in a complete accurate and timely manner according to DHHR licensing regulations and Westbrook policy.

2.      Implements program goals and objectives organizing activities to efficiently implement program goals; arranging for activities and services as directed.

3.      Provide crisis assistance/intervention, assist clients in maintaining eligibility for programs, make referrals, and monitor services as required.

4.      Assist Program Director in planning and setting goals for the program.

5.      Maintain a level of attendance consistent with Westbrook Health Services.

6.      Works with staff, clients and others in a professional ethical and respectful manner.

Minimum Requirements:

 

1.                  Meet education and experience requirement for “Qualified Professional” status

2.                  Pass CIB check

3.                  Valid Drivers License

4.                  Two years disability specific experience

5.                  Six months supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements:

 

Sitting:                        1 to 2 hours per 7.5 hour shift.  Alternates frequently to walking

 And  Standing.

Standing:         6 hrs. Per 7.5 hour shift. Alternates frequently to walking and sitting

Walking:          6 hrs. Per 7.5 hour shift.  Alternates frequently to sitting and standing

Never = 0%                             Rarely= 1 – 10%         Occasionally= 11 - 33%

                        Frequently= 34 – 66%                        Continuously= 67 +%
